Brand-backed packages. A module bundles agents, workflows and kits that share one context and carry the brand's own logo wherever they appear.
JasAI answers your guests on WhatsApp and Instagram: it takes reservations, collects feedback, runs campaigns, moderates Instagram comments and handles in-stay requests. This module brings everything JasAI knows about your guests into Trusapien, read-only: an overview of what moved, every conversation with its transcript, the reservations agenda, feedback responses with ratings, campaign delivery figures, Instagram posts and comments with sentiment, hotel requests by room, and your services and menus. Activation is self-serve from Trusapien: the module creates your JasAI account with JasAI's partner API and connects it; you then connect your WhatsApp and Instagram channels in JasAI. A specialist in Trusapien's rail reads the module and explains what changed — replies, edits and sends stay in JasAI.
RateScope is a rate intelligence module for hotels that sell through tour operators. A hotel sells the same room through several operators into several markets, and each of them prices it differently, day by day, as the stay date approaches. RateScope puts that on one screen: what Anex, Coral, Sunmar and the rest are charging for each night, in each market, from each departure point, for each room type and board. Prices are shown per person per night, derived from the operator's package price under your own assumptions — whether the flight share comes out, what a flight and a transfer cost per person, what commission the operator takes, and whether the result is divided across the nights. Those assumptions belong to the workspace, so everybody in it is reading the same number, and the arithmetic is shown beside the figure so anybody can check it. Hotel comparison sets your rate against the competitor set on the cheapest offer of each night, whichever operator sells it — and names that operator, because knowing you are being undercut is half an answer. Rates are collected once a day and kept, which is what makes the rest possible: what a stay's price was when we first saw it, what the highest reading in thirty days was, which prices moved since last week and by how much. The provider reports today's price; the history is Trusapien's. Read-only: agencies, hotels and markets are managed in the provider's own product.
AInsight is a reputation intelligence module for hotels. It collects guest reviews from the channels a property actually sells on — Google, Booking.com, TripAdvisor, Expedia, HolidayCheck and a dozen more — and puts them on one screen. Every channel scores differently: five stars here, ten points there, six on HolidayCheck. AInsight normalizes all of them onto a single 0–10 rating so a property can be read across channels at once, and keeps each channel's own score beside it so nothing is lost in the translation. Review text is read for sentiment and split into four moods — positive, mixed, neutral and negative — and the topics guests praise and complain about are ranked, department by department. The part that decides a rating is how fast a hotel answers. Each property carries its own response SLA in hours, and every "needs attention" signal in the module comes from it: what is unanswered, how long it has been waiting, and which channels are falling behind. A portfolio view ranks every hotel by what is overdue, so a morning starts with the property that needs it. Competitor benchmarking compares a hotel with the set tracked for it — review volume, rating, sentiment and reviews per week — and an Insights Analyst sits beside every screen to explain what moved and why. Read-only by design: hotels, channels and competitors are managed in AInsight, and replies are never sent from Trusapien.
Creative Validation is a creative testing module: it predicts how people will respond to your creative work before anything launches, using models built on years of eye-tracking and consumer-response research. Drop in images, videos, or mixed media ads. Every asset is scored on Attention, Focus, Cognitive Demand, Engagement, and Memory — plus Trust, Intent, and Avoidance, surfaced in Trusapien and not in the provider's own product — and rolled into one Impact Score from 1 to 10, where 7 or above reads as ready to run. Heatmaps show where attention lands and the fogmap shows what disappears; on videos you can follow the score scene by scene. Mark the areas that carry your message for per-area visibility numbers, set objectives to read every score against the right industry benchmark, compare up to six candidates side by side, and export the raw results. Three specialists sit beside every screen — a Results Guide, an Objectives Advisor, and an AOI Assistant — to explain what the numbers mean and guide setup. All processing runs through Trusapien's own provider account: your files and results stay in your workspace.
GEO is an AI visibility and brand intelligence module that shows you how your brand is represented across the answer engines your customers now use instead of search. It continuously monitors the major assistants — ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Overview, Perplexity, Grok, and Claude — and turns their answers into measurable signals: whether you appear at all, how often you're cited, how you stack up against competitors, and whether the sentiment is working for or against you. GEO gives marketing, comms, and brand teams a single place to understand and improve their footprint in AI-generated answers.
