Volume lowers the rate
€35 → €30 → €25 per million. The rate is set by the package you are on, not negotiated invoice by invoice.
Credits do not expire
Unused tokens roll forward. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.

Packages renew monthly until you cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; part-used periods are not refunded.

Your first token package creates your Trusapien workspace, at no extra charge. Agents, workflows, kits and modules run inside it, and your package meters what they use.

They roll into the next period. Token credits bought through the store have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money. Section 9 of the terms sets this out in full.
Is a Trusapien workspace included?
Yes. Your first token package creates your Trusapien workspace, at no extra charge. Agents, workflows, kits and modules need a workspace to run, and they run inside this one. If your workspace lapses, a one-time licence is not lost, but nothing runs until it is active again.
Who bills me, and in what currency?
Paddle is the seller of record for every store transaction. Prices, billing currency and any sales tax due where you are located are shown at checkout before you pay.
What if the price changes?
We give at least 30 days' notice before any price increase takes effect on a renewal. The version of the terms in force on the date of a purchase is the one that applies to it.
